"I am unsure if this issue was specific to my agent or if it affects the entire agency. My initial agent, Isaac, enrolled me in a car insurance plan, but the following month, my premium nearly doubled. He then became unavailable, and I had to work with a different representative. Miscommunications and delays followed, prompting me to switch agencies and escalate the issue directly with State Farm. I added an extra star because I understand they are likely busy, but some matters are time-sensitive and impact customers. My issue is likely the same as Jessica Spindler and many others (if you scroll down) to whom they denied having her as a customer. Most likely because she had switched to another agency. It's a shame because State Farms is actually a good company but not through this particular agency."

"Tanner was a huge help in getting coverage for my claim. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made sure to follow up as needed. "I was looking for a new auto policy and called the State Farm insurance advertised in the Our Lady of Loreto Sunday bulletin. I was glad that i did! Everything was made very easy and the agents all were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. In addition I got a new policy much cheaper than the Country Financial policy that I have had for many years. I also got my renters insurance for my new place and am happy with the coverage.
